APPEALS

Each Client has the right to appeal the decision on laboratory test results as well as granting, approving, suspending, suspending and/or reducing the scope of certification determined by PT ANINDYA Certification and Testing (ACT).

Submission of Appeals

Client submits written appeals via email to act@anindya.biz

Validation of Appeals

ACT records and examines submitted appeals.

Forming of Appeals Committee

ACT formed an Appeals Committee consisting of 3 personnel who were not involved in evaluation and/or decision-making activities.

Investigation of Appeals

The Appeals Committee conducts an investigation into the appeals submitted. The result of the investigation is a decision issued by the Appeals Committee.

Communicating of Appeals Decision

Appeals Committee communicates its decision to ACT and the Client who submitted the appeals.

Follow-up to Appeals Decision

By considering its capabilities, ACT took action based on the Appeals Committee's decision

Dispute Resolution

If the Appeals Committee's decision is not accepted by ACT or the Client submitting the appeals, it will be resolved in accordance with the legal provisions in force in Republic of Indonesia.
