CLIENT RIGHTS AND
OBLIGATIONS

Client who use product certification services from the Certification Body PT ANINDYA Certification and Testing (LSPro ACT) will be bound by rights and obligations that will apply as long as the certification work is carried out until the SNI Certificate issued expires

CLIENT RIGHTS

  • Receiving services for product certification services in accordance with the provisions in the Certification Scheme from LSPro ACT.
  • Obtain the SNI Certificate if the product(s) assessed has comply the certification requirements and product requirements by LSPro ACT.
  • Submit an application for termination, extension and/or reduction of the scope of certification to LSPro ACT.
  • Submit complaints, appeals and dispute resolution to LSPro ACT.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

  • Pay all costs incurred in the context of carrying out the Certification Work determined by LSPro ACT, including surveillance (if required by Certification Scheme), verification of complaints and evaluation for extension scope of certification.
  • Submit required documents for certification application in accordance with the provisions in the Certification Scheme to LSPro ACT.
  • Willing to be visited by audit team and/or sampling officer assigned by LSPro ACT for the product(s) to-be certified.
  • Provide access to audit team and/or sampling officer assigned by LSPro ACT to the location, documents, records, equipment, personnel and subcontracts related to the products included in the Certification Work for evaluation, surveillance and/or verification of complaints related to compliance certification requirements and/or product requirements.
  • Maintain and control the conformity of the product(s) included in the Certification Work to be produced or supplied in accordance with the same characteristics as the sample product(s) that has been certified by LSPro ACT and declared to comply with the relevant SNI provisions and applicable regulations.
  • Implement changes to certification requirements and/or relevant product requirements if the changes have been informed by LSPro ACT.
  • Maintain the use of the Certificate in such manner as to bring disrepute of LSPro ACT being bad and does not make statements regarding the certification of its product(s) which are considered by LSPro ACT to be misleading or invalid.
  • Take action as required by LSPro ACT as well as other necessary actions related to the monitoring report which found the inability of Client to maintain and control product conformity.
  • Take action as required by LSPro ACT and other necessary actions related to the decision to suspend, withdraw or terminate certification from LSPro ACT.
  • Stop the use of all publications that contain any references in the event that the SNI Certificate is suspended, withdrawn or terminated.
  • Provide a copy of SNI Certificate in its entirety if it is given to another party.
  • Make a statement related to certification in accordance with the scope of the certification that has been given by LSPro ACT.
  • Make references related to product certification in any communication media according to the provisions in the Certification Scheme.
  • Retain all known complaints related to the compliance of SNI requirements and make records available to LSPro ACT when requested and: (1) take appropriate action on complaints and any deficiencies found in products that affect conformity to certification requirements and/or product requirements, (2) documenting the actions taken.
  • Inform LSPro ACT, without delay, of any changes made on legal, commercial, organizational or corporate ownership status of Client that affect the documents submitted to LSPro ACT at the time of application.
  • Inform LSPro ACT, without delay, of any changes made on organization and management of Client related to key management, decision makers or technical staff that may affect the ability of Client to fulfill certification requirements and/or product requirements by LSPro ACT.
  • Inform LSPro ACT, without delay, of any changes made on product(s) or production methods that cause changes in the fulfillment of product characteristics with the characteristics of product samples at the time certification is carried out by LSPro ACT.
  • Inform LSPro ACT, without delay, of any changes made on contact address and production location of products that have been certified by LSPro ACT.
  • Inform LSPro ACT, without delay, of any changes made on quality management system implemented by Client and the changes are major in nature.
